The house
Built around one long room of glass.
The living room runs the width of the ground floor, glazed floor to ceiling on the garden side, with the kitchen and dining room behind it. Upstairs, two bedrooms face north and a study opens onto the terrace over the living room.
Every room was laid out in Meridian’s planner, so the house on your panel is the house you live in.

Linden House comes with Haven installed: a wall panel in the hall, and one in any room you choose. It knows this house from the plan, and it never touches a lock, the garage or the water without you.
Nothing risky without your say-so
The front door stays locked, the garage stays shut and the water stays off until you say otherwise.
A leak is caught, not found
Sensors under the sink and by the water heater shut off the supply and tell you where.
Each room, the way you like it
Tell it you’re cold and it warms the room now, and remembers for that time of day.
